Bosch Rexroth transport systems
Rimas is specialised in implementing Bosch Rexroth Transfer Systems or TS systems. These modular transport systems, with products transported on product carriers, are very well suited for assembly line challenges. The standardised modules allow for a broad variety of solutions, quickly and robustly. There are 4 main systems:
- TS1: suitable for licht, fist size products
- TS2 plus: widely applicable for products up to 100 kg
- TS2PV: particularly suitable for flat products such as glass and solar panels, without carriers
- TS5: a system for high load applications up to 400 kg
- Varioflow: a plastic chain conveyor system mostly used without product carrier
